The Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Association of Zambia (RAAZ) is a professional trade association dedicated to supporting and representing individuals and businesses in Zambia’s HVAC-R (Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration) industry. Registered on 30th March 2011, RAAZ exists to promote excellence, uphold industry standards, and foster growth within the sector.

RAAZ offers a range of services tailored to meet the needs of technicians, suppliers, service providers, and other stakeholders in the HVAC-R ecosystem. These services include membership and representation, where we provide official recognition, advocacy, and networking opportunities for members; training and certification, which equips professionals with the technical skills, safety knowledge, and environmental awareness needed to meet industry demands; and standards and compliance support, ensuring that members align with both national and international HVAC-R best practices.

We also engage in industry development and awareness, promoting the critical role refrigeration and air-conditioning play in public health, food preservation, comfort, and climate action.
